Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund launches Franklin India Ultra Short Duration Fund

NFO period: 19th August - 28th August, 2024

Highlights of the NFO:

  • Scheme type - An open ended ultra short debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 3 months to 6 months.

  • Investment objective - To provide a combination of regular income and high liquidity by investing primarily in a mix of short term debt and money market instruments. However, there is no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved.

  • Product suitability - This product is suitable for investors who are seeking short term regular income by investing in debt & money market securities.

  • Minimum Application Amount - First investment is Rs. 5,000 and in multiples of Rs. 1 thereafter

  • Plan/ Options available - Direct Plan and Regular Plan having Growth Option.

  • Fund Managers - Ms. Pallab Roy and Mr. Rahul Goswami

  • Benchmark - Nifty Ultra Short Duration Debt Index A-I
